A decorated USAF veteran born and raised in North Bend, OR, Zach grew up on the jobsite working under his father, Mike. Zach is an expert in membrane roof systems, sales, leadership, and is a member of the Duro-Last Emerging Leaders Board. He aims to take NWBS to new heights, shape the future of the Oregon roofing industry, and bring you the highest quality roofing solutions.

A former logger and wrecker driver, Ron specializes in the type of hard work that ordinary men avoid. Ron brings to the table tenacity and eagerness performing demolition and tear-off.
